Born on October 26, 1988, in Istanbul, Mehmet Can Birincioğlu studied Human Resources and Business Administration. Following his education, he gained diverse professional experience in human resources and various departments at different organizations, including Fujifilm, where he became familiar with different workplace cultures and business processes.
His deep connection with animals and the bond he shares with them gradually shaped his lifestyle and played a significant role in his decision to embrace veganism.
Always passionate about pursuing new ideas and putting his knowledge into practice, Mehmet Can sees himself not merely through the lens of a profession, but as an entrepreneur who loves creating, innovating, finding solutions to problems, and exploring new possibilities.
In 2023, Mehmet Can decided to move from Istanbul to Antalya, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life. Meeting Ceren Şansar in Antalya gradually grew into a shared dream. Their common vision, shaped by a passion for cuisine, entrepreneurship, and vegan living, led them to embark on the journey of co-founding Sisu Vegan Kitchen.
